Randall Flagg: Fiend Caste

Deviation number two, Randall Flagg as a Fiend Caste member. Yet another Exalted inspired motivator, this time crossed over with Stephen King. The Fiends are a Caste of liars, conman, cheats and manipulators. They corrupt and tempt others for their own pleasure or gain. Chaos, anarchy and bloodshed often follow in their wake, though seldom do they draw blood themselves.
